Luxury Hotel Front Office Leader

We are a group of luxury hotels based in Amersham, UK, dedicated to providing first-class service and memorable experiences for our guests.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, ideally as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will lead the professional greeting of clients and visitors, ensuring consistent engagement with guests throughout their stay.
This role is key in maintaining a high reputation, enhancing guest experiences, driving revenue, and ensuring operational efficiency within budget. The salary for this position is £42,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the professional greeting of clients and visitors
- Manage room bookings and ensure accurate processing by the reception team
- Recruit, train, and lead the Reception and Night teams
- Implement and review standard operating procedures to ensure smooth operation of front office services
- Monitor front office and housekeeping budgets and prepare regular reports
- Work closely with housekeeping management to maintain high room standards and cleanliness in public areas
- Step into a Duty Management role as needed and support the Operations and General Managers with additional responsibilities
- Manage online hotel reviews and listings on platforms like TripAdvisor, Booking.com, and Expedia
- Oversee corporate client accounts, manage RFPs, and ensure ongoing positive relationships with corporate partners
- Support health and safety compliance within the front office
