The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing key accounts and building strategic relationships with brokers. They will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, monitoring performance, and taking action to achieve desired results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key broker accounts to achieve maximum benefit for Allianz.
  • Develop and implement business plans to grow commercial insurance sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and other stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Closing familiarity with the commercial insurance market.
  • Strong financial acumen and presentation skills.
