Senior Business Development Manager

QBE Insurance Group is seeking a seasoned business leader to join our Client Engagement Team as a Senior Business Development Manager - Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue growth targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Liaise with internal teams, including underwriting and claims, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, superannuation, and professional development opportunities.
This role requires a high level of technical insurance competency, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
