The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering immersive events, programmes, and communications that inspire senior business leaders to take action. Your focus will be on both visit delivery and delegate management, as well as supporting the programme's profile and creating comprehensive follow-up processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate engagement and relationship-building
  • Visit planning and execution
  • Marketing and Communications strategy development and implementation

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Confidence working with corporate partners
  • Experience in events management, especially external physical events and learning experiences
  • Ability to develop and deliver programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Autonomy and collaboration
  • Organisation, planning, prioritising, and time management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office applications user
  • Understanding or experience of marketing and communications

Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
