The Role

This strategic advisor will work closely with the Chief Strategy and Investor Relations Officer and their Leadership Team to develop and execute the strategy and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have current or recent experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), External Reporting, Equity Research (covering insurance), Investor Relations, or Strategy within the Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the group strategy and initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory guidance, and competitor activities
  • Ensure investor relations activity is completed to a high standard
Requirements

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills. They will also have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including flexible annual leave, 9% employer pension contribution, and access to our mixed model way of working.
