Senior Client Executive

A dynamic role for a Commercial Broker with a passion for developing and managing clients. As an Insurance Business Growth Lead, you'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth by managing key client relationships and delivering innovative solutions.

This exciting opportunity requires a deep understanding of commercial insurance products, including PI, Cyber, Tech, D&O & Crime. You will:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value commercial clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all insurance-related matters.
  • Develop strategies to grow the commercial portfolio through new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and provide clients with tailored insurance solutions and recommendations.
  • Advise clients on risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses and align with industry standards.
  • Work with underwriters to secure optimal policy terms and coverage for clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging risks, and new products in the commercial insurance sector.
  • Analyse client performance data and market trends to enhance competitive advantage.

About you:

  • 8+ years experience within a senior commercial broking capacity.
  • Knowledge of working within the commercial insurance sector, including property, liability & financial lines insurance products.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and account management with a focus on commercial combined insurance products.
