Director of Customer Loyalty and Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Head of Customer Growth and Loyalty. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new revenue streams and driving growth through customer-centric initiatives.
You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities and launch new products, leveraging your expertise in customer consent and marketing permissions legislation.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy solutions to obtain third-party consent and drive volume of consent capture
- Drive third-party/non-credit revenue through sales/visits/uptake and cross-sell/promotional marketing activity
- Partner engagement and agreement on commercial terms and relationship management
- Identification of partners/non-credit products to drive traffic, revenue, and customer engagement
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
