Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking a dedicated Cancer Team Administrator to provide administrative support to our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will work closely with clinical teams to ensure seamless coordination of Cancer Site Specific MDT Meetings.

Responsibilities include collecting all essential information as determined by relevant data sets, highlighting information deficits, and ensuring completeness of data. You will also be required to collate, record, and validate data for submission to national audits.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to develop effective relationships with a wide range of staff and stakeholders, and have a good understanding of digital applications. Previous NHS background in an administrative setting and working experience within cancer services are essential.
