Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a Recovery Specialist to join our team at The Forward Trust. As a Recovery Specialist, you will work with individuals who are struggling with homelessness and substance misuse, providing support and guidance to help them achieve recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to clients, helping them to set and achieve recovery goals
- Work with clients to identify and address underlying issues that may be contributing to their homelessness and substance misuse
- Develop and implement personalized recovery plans, taking into account the client's unique needs and circumstances
Requirements:
- Experience of working with individuals who are struggling with homelessness and substance misuse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Location: Brixton
Salary: £25,154 per annum
