Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is seeking a skilled Property Leasing Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in BTR or lettings, with a strong understanding of residential lettings and a proven track record of lead generation.

The successful candidate will assist the General Manager in letting units, maintaining occupancy levels, and covering leasing for the growing portfolio in SW London. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the lease-up of all sites in SW London
  • Working closely with the Operations team to deliver company objectives
  • Developing and carrying out lead generation duties
  • Providing a wider commercial view on site and company business
  • Assisting the Lettings Team in all matters relating to property letting
  • Onboarding site units with photography, measurements, and descriptions, and assisting in valuing each unit across relevant portfolios

Desired skills and experience include:

  • Experience in BTR or lettings, preferably both
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of residential lettings
  • Strong team player with self-motivation, industriousness, and ability to work under pressure
  • Lead generation skills
  • Computer literacy, including intermediate standard in Microsoft packages, Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Working hours: 40 per week over 5 days
