Job Title: Property Administrator

Location: London

About the Role:
Trident International Associates is seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join their team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating inspections and managing agents' Annual Progress Reports for properties. They will also assist with the administration of Service Charges budgets from managing agents and schedule and record implementation of the managing agents' progress with Rent Reviews/Lease Renewals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinating inspections and managing agents' Annual Progress Reports for properties.
  2. Assisting with the administration of Service Charges budgets from managing agents.
  3. Scheduling and recording implementation of the managing agents' progress with Rent Reviews/Lease Renewals.
  4. Handling vacant properties, including assisting with business rates authority correspondence and utility bills.
  5. Arranging property inspections for the team and external surveyors.
  6. Assisting with correspondence and coordinating property repair work with building surveyors.
  7. Arranging and keeping records of Land Registry Compliant Plans/Energy Performance Certificates.
  8. Assisting with the coordination of external surveyors dealing with residential lease extensions where applicable.
  9. Assisting colleagues with office suppliers and maintenance call outs when required.

Requirements:
  1. Must have years of experience as a Property Administrator, preferably commercial real estate.
  2. Knowledge of property management systems is a must such as QUBE, TRAMPS, YARDI or similar.
