Renewal Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Renewal Account Manager to join our high-performing Renewal Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving renewal execution and developing strategic renewal strategies with our customers.
About the RoleIn this role, you will partner with internal stakeholders to lead the development of renewal strategies and drive renewal execution. You will be responsible for managing in-quarter renewals and mitigating renewal risk while also working several quarters ahead of service end dates to determine renewal readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate ability to work a renewal cadence within a sales territory, taking action several quarters ahead of a service end date to determine renewal readiness and engage with appropriate stakeholders as needed to mitigate renewal risk.
- Take a lead role with peers and cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, and Partner teams.
- Creative problem-solving skills and initiative to identify and propose solutions for areas of process improvement and efficiency.

- 10+ years demonstrated success in a renewal, sales, and/or customer success capacity within the SaaS and/or technology industry.
