Renewal Sales Manager

A seasoned Account Manager is sought after to spearhead the renewal and expansion of Recurly's presence in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of subscription management and sales strategies, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Renewing and expanding existing customer relationships through strategic sales initiatives.
- Collaborating with the Customer Success Manager to drive mutual success.
- Developing pricing strategies and negotiating contracts that meet customer and Recurly requirements.
- Proactively managing customer usage and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales Engineers, Technical Support, and Product teams.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- At least 7 years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with SFDC or similar CRM systems.
