Enterprise Renewals Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Renewals Manager to join our Customer Success team at Exclaimer, a global award-winning SaaS provider. This role will be based in the UK and will involve owning the commercial aspects of our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or sales management, with a strong background in working within a pure SAAS business. They will be responsible for defining whitespace on enterprise accounts, collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities, and hiring and managing a team of Enterprise Renewals executives.
