About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare Professional to join our team at 18 Week Support Limited. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support.
About the JobThis is a contract role that requires you to work on a part-time basis, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to build rapport with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You will be expected to work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care and support
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve shared goals
- Provide effective communication and liaison with patients, families, and carers
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, medicine)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
