Healthcare Professional Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated healthcare professional to join our team in the NHS. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Deliver high-quality patient care, assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions, promoting a culture of respect and open communication.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing education and training, maintaining up-to-date skills and knowledge to provide best practice care.
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse / ODP with active PIN, Assessing and Mentoring Qualification.
- Experience: 12 Months Post Registration Experience, Recent experience in a Hospital setting, Previous experience of Cardiothoracic Surgery / Medical Nursing.
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to plan and prioritise care for patients, Commitment to patient and family-centred care, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
£38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
