We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Healthcare Professional to join our team at Primary Care 24. As a key member of our Same Day Urgent Care Unit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to children and their families. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, conducting observations, and supporting our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all clinical rooms are set up and equipped with necessary medical and IT equipment
  • Work collaboratively with GPs and Advanced Clinical Practitioners to deliver smooth patient care
  • Greet and check in patients on the clinical system
  • Conduct clinical observations, including urinalysis and other specimens as required

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, strong record-keeping abilities, and experience working in a healthcare environment. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and be able to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation.

Requirements:
  • Qualified to NVQ level 2 or above in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, such as an emergency department or primary care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administration skills
