Job Overview

The Transformation Unit is seeking a Clinical Practitioner to join our team in the field of Sexual Health. This role involves working across various sites, providing healthcare services to young people, and promoting their sexual wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in sexual health and contraception. They should be able to work autonomously, providing consultations, and administering treatments as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sexual health services to young people, including consultations, assessments, and treatments.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, promoting healthy relationships and sexual wellbeing.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and guidelines in sexual health.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a strong background in sexual health and contraception.
  • Experience in providing healthcare services to young people, particularly in the field of sexual health.
  • Ability to work autonomously, making decisions, and taking initiative as necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
