About the Role

As a Social Work Professional for Children and Young People, you will play a vital role in supporting disabled children and their families. You will be working within our Short Breaks/Early Help team, where you will conduct assessments, provide direct support, and carry out short break assessments and EHATs.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in children's social work, with a strong understanding of the needs of disabled children and their families. You will also be responsible for liaising with other professionals and contributing to the development of strategies to support vulnerable children.

This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career as a social worker, with a salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a Kindle Fire, Amazon vouchers, and access to a free online training portal.

You must hold a DipSW or equivalent qualification, be registered with the HCPC, and have a current DBS certificate. A car driver's license is also required.
