Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the role of Deputy Manager - Young People’s Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and management to a team of professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained for young people.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide guidance and leadership to the team, promoting professional development and individual growth.
* Oversee colleague management, including appraisals, supervision, and training adherence.
* Manage health and safety protocols, risk assessments, and ensure all necessary training is completed.

Qualifications and Experience

* A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People’s Workforce is required for this role.
* At least one year’s experience of senior support work in a children’s residential setting is necessary.
