Job Description

The Clinical Service Manager role is a key position within Rayman Healthcare, overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support services in supported living environments.

This senior leadership position involves ensuring the safety, well-being, and empowerment of residents while adhering to regulatory and organisational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the supported accommodation service.
  • Supervise a team of support workers and other staff members, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff, focusing on person-centered care and respect for residents' dignity.
  • Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and empowerment among staff and residents.
  • Ensure residents receive tailored support that promotes independence and autonomy.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and standards through regular audits, risk assessments, and service evaluations.
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to maintain service excellence.
  • Negotiate rental agreements and contracts with property owners to secure additional housing stock, maintaining strong relationships along the way.
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and development of the service, driving innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care, Management, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in managing supported accommodation or similar services.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation and best practices in the care and support sector.
  • Proven experience in staff management, budget oversight, and service improvement.
  • Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
