Spire Healthcare, a leading independent hospital group in the United Kingdom and the largest in terms of revenue, is seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our Reception Admin Team on a full-time and permanent basis at our Liverpool hospital.

We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills to manage, monitor, evaluate and develop the effective operation of the hospital's reception team. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering quality services and a focus on providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of quality reception and patient administration services, providing training to staff, developing and delivering customer service standards and policies, and reviewing departmental performance. They will also be expected to manage and use disciplinary and grievance policy as appropriate, continually review the reception team rota, and deliver an efficient and cost-effective reception service.

Key requirements for this role include experience in delivering QI projects, basic knowledge of hospital systems and processes, PC literacy in MS Office, and the ability to work in a multi-skilled environment.
