Project Management Office Director

At Air Products, we're committed to driving innovation and excellence in project execution. As a key member of our Project Management Office, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our industrial gas operations.

About the Role

The Project Management Office is responsible for developing and maintaining project execution processes, ensuring consistency and excellence across our projects. As a Project Management Office Director, you'll work closely with our Plant Project Organisation Manager and Project, Maintenance and Materials management Director to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and drive project execution performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project execution processes and procedures
  • Identify and implement improvements to drive efficiency and excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution performance
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Audit projects to ensure compliance with work processes
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of project management experience in the industrial gases, oil, and gas industry
  • Experience in projects on greenfield and brownfield sites
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to drive change and implement improvements
