About the RoleThe Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the development and maintenance of the project execution function supporting project execution excellence within IG Plant Operations projects for Europe and Africa. This includes review and improvement of existing work processes, templates, tools, reporting, training, and auditing to drive better and more consistent approach to execution.
Key Responsibilities- Assess current process and procedures and build out work process framework, procedures, and RASCI charts
- Define KPI's and use to drive and monitor ongoing efficiency improvement
- Set training requirements for the various roles in the team and develop an academy and onboarding training plan and materials
- Audit projects and ensure compliance to work processes
- Responsible for management of the lessons learnt and feedback process/tool
- At least 15 years Project Management experience
- Degree qualified and/or Project Management accreditation
