Role Overview
Head Resourcing is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager/Senior Project Manager to drive culture changes and improve collaboration amongst teams and across units with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading a multi-disciplinary team to ensure successful delivery with clients
- Driving culture changes to improve collaboration amongst teams and across units with customers and suppliers
- Developing and implementing project plans to meet client needs
Requirements
- A history of delivering projects, ideally from a consultancy background, with experience of working with clients in the construction or utilities industry
- Ability to travel for projects in the UK and Ireland
- Confidence presenting to large groups in an engaging manner
- Hold a formal project management qualification
