Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Partnership Development Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on managing and delivering contracts, streamlining income, and securing grants from key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive income generation and support organisational growth.
  • Manage contracts and tenders to ensure seamless delivery of services and maximise revenue potential.
  • Work closely with our Leadership and Service Delivery teams to align partnership development strategies with organisational objectives.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven track record of managing procurement, tendering, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:

  • 25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days with 5 years' service.
  • 14 public holidays per year plus closure between Christmas and New Year.
