In this role as a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a critical part in supporting the sales process by showcasing our Managed Security Solutions.
You will work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver customised security solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored demonstrations of CrowdStrike solutions.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, proof-of-concept designs, and proposals to customers, highlighting the value of our solutions.
- Provide feedback to product teams on market demands and trends to ensure our solutions stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role in the cybersecurity industry, preferably with knowledge of Managed XDR, SIEM platforms, and OVM solutions.
- Expertise in threat detection, endpoint security, and incident response is essential, along with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- A strong understanding of customer relationships and the ability to build and maintain them are also crucial for this role.
