As a Development and Implementation Specialist at Cup-O-T: Wellness and Therapy Services, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and marketing our training programme. You will work closely with schools, charities, and other public sector organisations to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.

About the Job
  • Design and Implement Programme: Create an engaging and effective online and in-person training programme that meets the needs of our clients.
  • Pursue Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools, charities, and other public sector organisations.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute a marketing strategy to promote the training programme and attract new customers.
  • Sales and Revenue: Meet sales targets to generate revenue and support the financial sustainability of Cup-O-T: Wellness and Therapy Services.
Salary and Benefits

Our salary range is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time), depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, a pension scheme, and a generous annual leave allowance.
