Lead Drama Educator for Norfolk's Outstanding School

**Wayman Learning Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Drama Educator to join our thriving team in Norfolk.**
We are an Outstanding School with a long-standing reputation for academic excellence, and we are looking for an experienced Drama teacher to lead our successful department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Drama at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, as well as contributing to the development of our curriculum and assessment strategies.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and innovative Drama teacher to take on a leadership role within our school community. You will have the ability to inspire and motivate our students, as well as contribute to the development of our Drama curriculum.
Requirements:
- Degree in Drama or related subject
- PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience of teaching Drama at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5
- Ability to lead and manage a team of Drama teachers
