Classroom Learning Facilitator

Atrium Healthcare invites applications from qualified Classroom Learning Facilitators to join our team. As a Classroom Learning Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting the lead teacher in developing and delivering high-quality learning experiences for our students. With your expertise in working with children/young people with SEND, you will help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with the lead teacher to design and deliver lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Support the preparation of teaching materials and resources, ensuring they are accessible and effective for all learners.
- Provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs.
- Experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting, preferably in a SEND context.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices, including curriculum design and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff.
- A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
