About the Role

We are seeking a Patient Engagement Ambassador to join our team at The Learning Experience #398. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the patient experience.

Job Summary

The Patient Engagement Ambassador will work closely with our Patient Experience Team to engage with patients, carers, and visitors. The successful candidate will support the team by conducting surveys using iPads on the ward or by telephone after discharge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveys with patients on up to six wards per session, lasting several hours each time.
  • Support the Patient Experience Team in delivering a valuable service to our patients.
  • Participate in full training and ongoing support provided by the organization.
