Head of Customer Success

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Success team at Velexa, a pioneering WealthTech company. As the Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer success strategies to optimize Velexa solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Ensure contracted revenues are protected and expanded
- Act as a strategic advisor to customers, supporting the execution of their business strategy
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the customer experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales or customer success management in the Capital Markets/Banking sector
- Proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs
- Strong familiarity with capital markets and investment ecosystem
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to juggle multiple account management projects
