We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Success team at Velexa, a pioneering WealthTech company. As the Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to optimize Velexa solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Ensure contracted revenues are protected and expanded
  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers, supporting the execution of their business strategy
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the customer experience
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or customer success management in the Capital Markets/Banking sector
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs
  • Strong familiarity with capital markets and investment ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects
