At zeroheight, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way companies design and develop user experiences. As our new Head of Customer Success, you'll play a critical role in driving our growth and success.

We're looking for a seasoned Customer Success leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a mid-market/enterprise B2B SaaS environment. You'll lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers, develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy, and collaborate closely with our Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and retention rates
  • Develop and execute a customer success strategy that drives revenue growth and customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business results
  • Develop and manage customer health scoring and segmentation strategies to optimize customer engagement and retention

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success leadership, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a mid-market/enterprise B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and developing and executing customer success strategies
  • Strong understanding of customer health scoring, segmentation, and retention strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with customer success tools and technologies, such as Planhat
