About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Customer Success to join our international team at Velexa LTD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Customer Success team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the central point of contact for our customers, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a strategic advisor to our customers, supporting the execution of their business strategy and objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve commercial revenue through cross-selling and up-selling, ensuring contracted revenues are protected and expanded.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure favorable Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and other satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with internal teams to address concerns.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits, while ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly initiatives.
  • Business Development: Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.
  • Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales or customer success management in the capital markets or banking sector.
  • Contract Management: Proven experience in contract management and a strong understanding of banking and brokerage operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English language skills are a must.
