\We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Galderma. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of dermatology accounts in the Mid-West and Wales region.
\The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in the biologics industry. They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
\The role will involve developing and implementing account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining existing customer relationships. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
\Responsibilities:
\- Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth and revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Maintain existing customer relationships through regular communication and relationship-building activities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to share best practices and leverage expertise
Requirements:
\- 2-3 years of sales experience in the biologics industry
- Proven track record of success in account management and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
