Business Development Role

Dive into the World of Dermatology with Galderma

We are seeking an experienced business development professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our sales strategy and driving growth across the UK. With a focus on Acne and Rosacea treatment, you will develop and execute business plans that meet and exceed sales targets, while fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the UK healthcare landscape, including national and local payors, providers, and key stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to grow business outside NHS and private providers for Acne and Rosacea
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deploy local business plans and implement excellent customer service
- Staying up-to-date with market intelligence and competitor activity, using insights to inform business decisions and drive growth

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years' experience in primary or secondary care environment, preferably in account management or sales roles
- Strong understanding of the UK healthcare landscape, including national and local payors, providers, and key stakeholders
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, with excellent communication and influencing skills
- ABPI qualification and Microsoft proficiency are essential
