Furniture World Customer Service Advisor Role Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented customer service advisor to join our team at Furniture World Limited. As a customer service advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues they may have. You will also assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues, as well as performing data entry tasks to update customer information and maintain organised records.
