**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the Orthodontic Outpatient Service, working closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be comfortable working with various software systems, including Microsoft Office, and have a strong attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Provide administrative support for the Orthodontic Outpatient Service, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using computerized systems as required.
• Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to improve service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure seamless service provision.
**Requirements**
• Previous experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
**Salary Range:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
