The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Children's Services department as an Orthodontics Outpatient Receptionist. This role requires a highly motivated individual to join our team at the Royal Alexandra Children's Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mainly working with PAS Careflow System and Symphony, along with other tools like Outlook, Excel, Word, Spine Portal, Bloodhound, or Panda.
  • Providing administrative support and ensuring data quality through extensive knowledge of administrative systems and IT software.
  • Embodying equality, diversity, and inclusion principles by championing diversity in previous roles.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with administrative systems and IT software, although training will be provided.
  • Evidence of having championed diversity and promoting inclusivity in previous roles.
