Administrative Services Coordinator

The Administrative Services Coordinator will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the ward manager at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring that all paperwork is completed efficiently, and providing administrative support to the ward manager.
About the Job- Provide administrative support to the ward manager, including dealing with incoming telephone calls and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring that all paperwork is completed efficiently.
- Work effectively as part of a team, providing cover for other administrative staff when required.
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
The salary for this role is £24,071 - £25,674 per annum, pro rata. We also offer a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave and training opportunities.
