Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Temporary Personal Assistant to join our team in Brighton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, on behalf of the executive team.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organisation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
Salary and Benefits:
