Job Title: EBD Children's Service Team Leader

Location: Northolt, Salary: £15.70 per hour (40 hours per week) + Sleep-ins paid at £70.50 per night.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced team leader to join Kingston Noble in a 2-bedded EBD children's service in Northolt.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of care staff, ensuring high standards of care for the children and young people.
  • Implement care plans and ensure the service meets the needs of each child.
  • Take an active role in the day-to-day running of the home, including hands-on care and support.
  • Evaluate and improve the service's compliance with regulatory requirements, including Ofsted standards.
  • Mentor and guide staff, providing support and supervision to ensure a motivated and skilled team.

The role involves working early shifts, late shifts, long days, and sleep-ins to meet the needs of the service. Shifts will be given one month in advance.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
  • Strong leadership skills and experience working in a residential children's setting.
