Additional Pay: Sleep-in shifts paid at £70.50 per shift

Role Overview:
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Team Leader to oversee and support a team of Residential Childcare Workers. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of care and compliance, guiding the team to create a positive atmosphere for the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and support the residential care team.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the home.

Develop and implement individualized care plans.

Maintain compliance with regulations and organizational policies.

Act as a role model with professional behavior and practice.

Manage household operations for efficient daily functioning.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance assessments.

Collaborate with external agencies, parents, and stakeholders.

Participate in sleep-in shifts as part of the 7-day rotating schedule.

Essential Requirements:

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Flexibility to work a variable shift pattern across all 7 days.

Desirable:

A valid driving licence (highly preferred to support operational needs).
