Head Veterinary Receptionist

We are looking for a client-focused experienced receptionist to join our fantastic front of house team at Mandeville 24-hour Veterinary Hospital in Northolt, and help lead the team as head receptionist.
**Before we delve into the nitty gritty, here is what we offer you**:
The salary band for this senior 40-hourly week role is **£27,040 to £31,200** depending on experience, and allowing room for growth within the role.
**This role involves an early shift (8am-5pm) and late shift (11am-8pm) and a 1:4 Saturday with time off in lieu.**

**About the role**
There is a high level of face-to-face contact with our clients, so you must have the confidence, empathy, and experience to provide the standard of care and the personal touch we expect for our clients who trust us with their beloved pets.
Our new colleague will have plenty of client care experience in a fast-paced environment and knows what is required to lead an engaged and motivated team.
The reception area is your domain, and it must be kept clean and tidy for our clients and their pets.
Most importantly we are looking for a friendly, confident, empathetic, and motivational leader who will be proud to make the reception area, their area of responsibility and for an individual with a passion for animal welfare and who loves being a pivotal part of a large, committed team.
Our ideal head receptionist will have experience in a supervisory position and come from a veterinary or healthcare setting.
