Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker

Salary: Approximately £31,920 - £33,309 per annum based on a 40-hour week, depending on experience.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated team member to join our EBD children's service in Northolt. As a senior residential support worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and happiness of our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support and mentor junior team members, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
  2. Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans.
  3. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
  4. Ensure accurate records of resident information, incidents, and other relevant data.

Shift Pattern:

The role involves working a variety of shifts, including early morning, late evening, and sleep-in duties. Shift patterns will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or young adults with EBD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
