Classroom Educator

We are seeking a skilled Year 2 Teacher to join our vibrant primary school in Northolt, West London. The ideal candidate will be proactive, emotionally intelligent, and able to promote teamwork and create a conducive learning environment.
The children in our school are hardworking, caring, inquisitive, and imaginative. Our staff strive to develop well-rounded, confident pupils through a supportive pastoral environment.
As a Year 2 Teacher, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing pastoral care to children in their first year of Key Stage 1
- Teaching the Key Stage 1 curriculum to groups of children, focusing on individual learning targets and encouraging strengths while improving weaknesses
- Developing writing skills by creating plots, characters, and settings for stories
- Tracking children's progress and reporting back to parents
