Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Assistant Development Manager to join our Strategic Land team in Tamworth. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and acquiring strategic land opportunities for residential-led development.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a similar role, knowledge of the UK Residential Property Market and Planning Frameworks/Legislation, and competence in Microsoft Office. As a member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and inclusive environment that values diversity and empowers colleagues to make decisions and challenge the status quo.

Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of the UK Residential Property Market and Planning Frameworks/Legislation.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office with a good understanding of Health and Safety (including CDM relating to design).

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 26 days annual leave, life assurance, pension, private medical insurance and more.
