Job Title: Strategic Project Director

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver Client Projects: Oversee all stages of project completion, from evaluation and planning to detailed design, construction, and delivery.
  • Sustainability Focus: Embed sustainability principles into all project phases.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and implement safety management systems.
  • Cost Management: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities during pre-construction.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage project finances, ensuring expenditure is authorized according to governance processes.
  • Risk Management: Lead risk and opportunity management processes, developing and applying mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • A degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
