Account Growth Director

BeBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Account Growth Director to lead its sales efforts in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and account expansion.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Compensation and Benefits:
