Account Growth Director

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and account expansion.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus commission and bonus potential. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a pension scheme, health benefits, and training opportunities to support your career growth.
