About the Role

As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the New-Gen Energy and Material Processing sector. With a focus on building relationships and identifying new business opportunities, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's success.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a commercial mindset and excellent communication skills to join our team. If you have a track record of achieving sales targets and building strong partnerships, we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

You will work closely with our Sales Support Assistant to ensure your success in this role.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for:

  • Selling equipment and materials for New-Gen Energy and Material Processing Research, R&D, and quality assurance applications across the UK and Ireland
  • Nurturing and adding value to our existing customer base

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Plus, you will have the support of a Sales Support Assistant to help you succeed in this role.
